-Please remember used spares are all over 15 years old now and will have some signs of use. Some used items suffer more from wear and tear than other items. If you are looking for 'as new' items please do not buy used items as you may be disappointed. Any item purchased either new or used can be returned within 30 days for full refund as long as it is received back in saleable condition. Postage costs cannot be refunded.

-Due to the massive amount of used spares in many cases the items you purchase will be in very good condition, if there is a problem we will contact you. We will not send out items with holes drilled into them, sprayed different colours, cracked, broken, heavily scratched. If in doubt please phone or Email and please remember if you are unhappy with an item it can be returned for refund/exhange within 30 days of purchase (receipt required)

-Used spares are guaranteed for 30 days (receipt required), there are limitations where mechanical skill/knowledge is required or where an item is used in an inappropriate situation.

-If concerned about the condition of a used part please arrange to collect in person, in many cases there are several items to choose from.

-Chrome items are reconditoned parts. Some items will have some slight defects. These items are normally engine bay parts that are exposed to the elements such as gearbox covers, timing chain covers. Due to the thin material of such items in some cases it is impossible to remove all the imperfections as you run the risk of working the metal until there is non left. Engine bay parts from the top of the engine (rocker covers, alternator arms etc.) are not effected by rust and so results in a near perfect finish. Very badly corroded items are not used. Every effort is made to provide you with a perfectly chromed item however please be aware there may be some slight pitting, but this will not effect the overall appearance of the item. Again if you are not entirely happy with the item/s you may return them for refund within 30 days of receipt.

-Returned items should be sent to the address listed in the contact section with a covering note with explantion regarding the reason for return.

-New spares are guaranteed for 12 months (receipt required)

-Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.

-Returned items which are no longer required and returned for refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
