Fully stripped and cleaned block which is fully painted (black) Newly painted sump and timing chain cover

Liners checked for correct protrusion enursing a good seal for the head gasket and cylinder head.

New high quality piston and liners (inc piston rings, gudgeon pins) which can be upgraded to forged items if required.

Reground crank

New big end, main and thrust bearings

New bottom end gasket set

New timing chain and tensioner

New oil pump internals fitted to refurbished oil pump

Liners bolted into place for transportation
