Door Hinge Pins Torx Head inc Brass Inserts (pair)


These style of door hinge pins are found on the later models as standard and can only be used if the car already has them fitted or if you wish to adapt the door hinge/car hinge to suit.  They also come with brass inserts that locate into the hinge on the car (top and bottom of hinge).  The advantage is that you can replace the worn door pin but also any wear found on the cars hinge by replacing the original brass inserts which is not possible with the earlier models.  You can modify the earlier model hinges by drilling them out to a larger diameter and fitting the brass inserts and adding a thread into hinge on the door but this is only recommended if being carried by a specialist.  Supplied is two torx pins and four brass inserts which is enough for one door.
